How did we arrive at that figure? Well, it was slapped with a $41,000 price point, but that was before a federal tax credit. Each purchase will come with an 8-year and 100,000-mile warranty, making it qualify for a $7,500 federal tax credit. The Chevy Volt is expected to be delivered to your doorstep later this year if you are one of the 10,000 people who placed an order for it already.
